I have 5 years of experience in marketing, marketing analytics, and business development. I have worked as a Sales Agent for one year, a Research and Strategy Associate for three years, a Marketing Manager for one year.
As a Marketing Manager, I am responsible for leading teams, developing marketing strategies, and driving results. I am passionate about making a positive impact in the business industry through innovative marketing solutions, informed by consumer behavior, market research, and branding strategies.
I have honed my skills through various roles in marketing, product management, and customer success. During my time as a Research and Strategy Associate, I worked closely with the strategy and insights team to develop business-focused marketing recommendations and provide clients with valuable data insights and social media analysis. I also have experience executing successful marketing campaigns through market research, brand positioning, and customer segmentation.
I hold a Bachelor in Civil Engineering from Temple University, Master of Science in Marketing from Florida International University, and Master of Business Administration from Florida Atlantic University.
I gained expertise in business strategies, marketing communications, digital marketing, social media marketing, content creation, branding, project management and sales, marketing analysis, and leadership skills. My professional experience includes roles in both marketing and product management as well as customer success.
The expertise I have in both Google Ads and Google Analytics provide me the ability to create, manage and optimize campaigns, target specific audiences, ability to track online advertising performance, and analyze user behavior. In addition, by utilizing both tools HubSpot and SEMrush which help me in managing email campaigns, ability to conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and track organic search performance. Throughout the advance expertise I have using these tools, I can analyze large sets of data, identify trends, reach target audience effectively, and make data-driven decisions. Furthermore, I have been utilizing Qualtrics platform for creating surveys, organize data, analyze data, and get insights to drive decision making for businesses.
Some challenges I have encountered through my professional career such as internal operation, external interaction, customer needs, and create and execute monthly goals for growth have sharpened my expertise in dealing with rapidly changing environments. Also, those challenges have advanced my flexibility and creative problem-solving skills in the business industry, including marketing.
